MYOPIA MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION
During this visit, our doctors will evaluate your child’s myopic status by measuring corneal curvature and dilated refraction. This allows for a customized myopia management treatment plan.
Informed consent and agreement forms will be given at the consultation to take home for your review.
Should you pursue treatment, the $200 consultation fee will be credited toward further treatment costs. Financial and time investment will also be discussed at this visit.
Myopia Management services range from $1000-$2000 depending on the treatment plan. CareCredit® accepted. Prices subject to change.
