Update #3 Information for our patients in light of the COVID-19 outbreak

Dear Crozet Eye Care Friends,

We have made the decision to reduce our services starting Thursday, March 19th at 1:00 pm.

What does this mean?

Although the physical office will be closed, there will be someone available to answer questions, place contact lens orders, schedule non-routine patient visits, etc. by phone from 10 am-2 pm M-F.

We are offering to extend CL prescriptions for up to 3 months for current patients. If you are in need of contact lenses, call the office at 434-823-4441 to discuss or place an order. Contact lenses will be shipped directly to you with no cost for the shipping.

Dr. Katsev and Dr. Franklin are still available for red eyes, sudden vision changes, injuries, and other urgent issues for both new and established patients. Call our emergency line at 434-202-4123. We will be using both telemedicine and in-office treatment depending on your needs. We do not want you to go to the emergency room if you have an eye emergency due to the exposure you will receive, but also not to burden emergency doctors with concerns we can handle.

As always, we are here for you if you need us, and thank you for your support of Crozet Eye Care. We pray that you and your family are happy and healthy.

Many blessings,

Your Crozet Eye Care Team
